Volunteer Registration Form
The volunteer waiver allows MonctonCares to use photos, videos, and information about the volunteer for promotional purposes in perpetuity. The volunteer releases the organization from any liability for injuries, damages, or claims arising from their participation in volunteering activities, even if caused by negligence. This waiver covers all possible claims, known or unknown.
