Counselling for All is a Moncton Cares mental health program that provides free, professional counselling support to anyone who needs it. Through this program, individuals can access up to six (6) free online counselling sessions with licensed mental health professionals, regardless of age, background, income level, or immigration status.
Mental health support should be accessible to all — and this program exists to make that possible.

No referral is required, and participation is voluntary and confidential.
While Counselling for All is open to everyone, the program is intentionally designed to be welcoming and accessible to people from diverse cultural, linguistic, and lived experiences.
We recognize that newcomers, immigrants, and multicultural communities may face additional barriers such as stigma, language challenges, or unfamiliarity with mental health systems. This program aims to reduce those barriers while serving the wider community as a whole.
