By living in 3 continents & exploring 20 + countries his life has been direct witness (and part) of cross-cultural issues one face due to an immigration. And this handson life experience helped him to to establish a bridge with locals and newcomers.
Ketan moved to Moncton in 2019 & soon realized demography is changing fast. Lot more can be done together . And he ventured into his first not for profit dream of Canada.
Being a scholar Computer Engineer by academic Ketan has had his fair bit of tech entrepreneurship journey.
As a part of working with Fortune 100 companies for IT project execution and nonprofit organization, building cross-cultural and high functional teams has been a day to day affair.
Throughout the professional life of 15 years, Ketan has been able to demonstrate how to leverage technology as a key stakeholder in solving complicated issues of the world.
AS A NEWCOMER
Being a newcomer himself first in the United States and in 2017 moving to the beautiful town in Atlantic Canada, Ruchit has not only experienced the struggle of the first few weeks himself but has been actively guiding new immigrants and students.
As an employer in the hospitality industry, he has seen what difficulties employers, as well as new immigrants, are facing. The eagerness to ensure a very smooth settlement for new Monctonions, he has now ventured into this.
Ruchit has been an international student himself and that too, long before the social media starting making settlement easier for the newcomers moving abroad.
He has worked as a counselor in Gujarat, India before guiding and assisting aspirants students to achieve their study abroad dreams. He also worked as International Student Advisor for Johnson & Wales University while pursuing his MBA, in Providence, Rhode Island.

Being a newcomer himself in Canada and Brijesh has not only experienced the struggle of the first few weeks himself but has been actively guiding new immigrants and students for settlement in Moncton. It was a difficult period for him when he lands in harsh weather in January – 2020. The first difficulty started from searching house for his group and walking almost 10 Km every day in winter and finding a part-time job as a student.
He has seen all struggling phases what student might face after landing and he wants to make sure no one student and newcomers face the same and that is why he joined this venture
Brijesh is an international student at Crandall University. He was in Rotaract for 6 years which is nonprofit organizations in India. So he knows the issues which society faces today.

Being a newcomer himself in Canada and Shubham has not only experienced the struggle of the first few weeks himself but has been actively guiding new immigrants and students for settlement in Moncton. It was a difficult period for him when he arrived here in September 2019 as he had no contact. The principle trouble was searching an accommodation for his group and finding a community with whom he can connect with as it was his vision to be an active member in a community and to help others.
He has seen all striving stages what student might face after landing and he wants to make sure no student and newcomers face the same and that is why he joined this venture
Shubham is an international student at Crandall University. He was an active member with his mother who runs a not for profit organization. So he was aware of various problems an individual faces.
AS A NEWCOMER
Olumide is widely travelled and been involved in several businesses across different countries. He moved into Canada 2019 and really understands the challenges new immigrants face in adjusting into a new environment based on his own personal experience. This is what has spurred his passion and his willingness to continue to support people moving into the province as much as possible.
Olumide is an energetic, results-driven professional with more than a decade experience in Brand, Creative and Production Management. He has a track record of excellent customer satisfaction while working in a highly collaborative environment.
With a strong ability to integrate within multicultural teams, he has a genuine and proven record of leading teams which consistently results to optimization of performance, while creating a collaborative environment for others to perform through value-based leadership and best practice.
