⚠️ Please note: Our airport pickup service is available only from April to December. Due to weather conditions, airport pickup is not provided between January and March.

At Moncton Cares, we understand the excitement and challenges of arriving in a new place. That's why we've designed the Newcomer Welcomer Program, empowered by a dedicated team of volunteers, many of whom are newcomers themselves. Our goal is to make your arrival in New Brunswick as smooth and welcoming as possible.

Moncton Cares Volunteer Team Our dedicated Moncton Cares Volunteer team is here to welcome you at the airport as you begin your journey in New Brunswick. We look forward to being the first to say, "Welcome to New Brunswick!"
Volunteer Availability: Our services are dependent on the availability of volunteers. We will make every effort to match you with a volunteer, but availability is not guaranteed.
Passenger Limitation: Our free airport pickup service accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children.
Luggage Limitation: We offer free transportation for up to 4 large bags and 2 small bags.

◻ Important Note: If you are traveling with additional passengers or luggage, please contact us at least three days before your arrival to make the necessary arrangements. Please keep in mind that securing multiple volunteers may not be possible, so advance notice is essential.
Registration and Communication After registering using the form below, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. If we assign you a volunteer please when you land use the airport Wi-Fi (or your network) to text or call your assigned volunteer. Be sure to inform us if your flight is delayed. We eagerly anticipate welcoming you to Moncton and assisting you as you transition to your new home!

◻ Note: Please submit your application at least 3 business days before your arrival. This time allows us to find a volunteer to assist you.
Get a Free SIM Card When You Arrive! We know how important it is to stay connected when you first arrive in a new country. To make your transition smoother, Moncton Cares is offering a free Canadian SIM card to newcomers who request airport pickup assistance.
