Join our immersive Spanish course designed for beginners with zero prior knowledge! Whether you’re a local resident or a newcomer to Moncton, this course offers a perfect opportunity to learn the basics of Spanish. With six engaging lessons, held once a week every Wednesday from 6 to 8 PM at YMCA North (70 Twin Oaks Dr., Moncton) starting in October 2023, you’ll gain practical language skills and cultural insights. This is a 6-week introductory course designed for students with little or no previous study of Spanish. This course teaches basic language patterns and vocabulary. Repetition and comprehensible input are important components of this course. The focus is on all four language skills; reading, writing, speaking and listening, as well as the culture of the Spanish-speaking world. Each unit will cover the vocabulary of a specific theme (family, school, hobbies, food, etc.) and grammar concepts appropriate to level one.
